Women’s Health Stress Pain

I went to see Dr Cori Torres for several reasons; menopausal hot flashes, feeling stressed out/anxious and chronic neck/shoulder pain. Dr. Cori diagnosed me as wheat-sensitive and told me to stay away from wheat products. Lo and behold, within a week I no longer suffered from neck pain! She gave me supplements for my hot flashes and stress/anxiety and now I no longer have hot flashes and I am much calmer under stress. These supplements really are effective. I asked her about a pillow and she recommended a water pillow. It's terrific...and it's suitable for either a back or side sleeper - I no longer need 2 different pillows when I sleep! Dr. Cori is truly a wonderful doctor in many ways - she's a nutritionist, a chiropractor and a health healer.  I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Women’s Health Stress Insomnia

I was very stressed and couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. The hot flashes were making my life impossible. Now I’m not stressed; I’m sleeping much better. My hot flashes have stopped. Overall I feel healthier.

Before I came to Dr Cori I was having hot flashes. I had no energy and I had very bad cramps. After seeing Dr Cori, I feel strong. After taking the supplements that Dr Cori recommended, I felt better right away. Three days later the hot flashes stopped. When I got my period the cramps disappeared and I have more energy. Thank you Dr Cori!

Health

Before I started seeing Dr Cori, getting my period was a nightmare. Day 1 for me was hell. I would get really nauseated, had severe cramps throughout the lower region of my body, like muscle spasms in my abdomen that traveled all the way down my legs. I would accumulate a lot of saliva in my mouth that would turn thick. I would get hot and cold flashes. For one whole day I would throw up solids or liquids. My stomach would be too weak to keep anything down and I would lose all my energy to the point where I would need to lay down and rest to get my energy back. I would get really bad acne breakouts.
Since I have been seeing Dr Cori I noticed a lot of changes when my period cycle occurs. Day 1 of my cycle I have energy to do what I have to do. No more resting in bed all day. I can eat solids and liquids – no more throwing up all day. No more hot and cold flashes. My face is clearing up. I rarely get pimples and I don’t get muscle spasms down my legs anymore. Dr Cori has helped me a lot. Even though I’m not 100% better yet, I know that with time and patience I will get to 100%.

During my menstrual cycle, I would have an average of 3 to 5 pounds of water gain.
This is the first time that I have my period and have not gained any weight!

Cramps and headaches

I had terrible cramps right before my cycle started, but now I feel much better. This month, I realized that I had no pain whatsoever! Also, I had headaches, especially when using my cell phone. Now, sometimes I am about to get a headache, but it just fades away instead of turning into a full-blown headache!

Headaches, menstrual cycle, colds and flu

I had unpredictable periods and frequent headaches, which had taken me to multiple specialists in recent years. At the time I went in to see Dr Cori, I had no idea what additional steps to pursue.
I still get headaches, but they are predominately related to extreme lack of sleep during the school year. On the positive side, although I do catch a bug here and there any colds or coughs have been of much shorter durations in the past year. Also for the first time, I can actually predict my cycles, which is helpful in many ways.
