Depression, Insomnia, Headaches, Body pain

I was severely depressed and had pains all over my body. I could not sleep and I had severe headaches.
Now I am more relaxed, sleeping at least six hours per night, eating better. I have stopped eating breads, pasta and sugar. My skin tone has improved and I feel so much better! I have tried to eat more protein and have been drinking more water.
