I wanted to be healthier and I wanted a healthy diet. I wasn’t eating healthy and it was causing me to feel very weak. I was not focused in school and found it hard to concentrate. I would eat too much fast food. I found myself bloating easy and more often.
I am happy I met Dr Cori. Meeting her helped me notice what was causing me to feel weak. I needed to let go of sugar and have a healthy balance in what I eat. I don’t eat as much rice and wheat and that helps with my bloating. I follow and watch what I eat. I bloat less. I feel better. The supplements help me as well. Because I am eating better I feel much better and want to continue on this path.
