Depression

Dear Dr. Cori, I was lying in bed and just thought of this and wanted to share it with you: I had been depressed for quite some time, because of the divorce, and other things with my son. I had stopped taking antidepressant pills because I really don't like to depend on pills. For a while I didn't know if I could function without them. Well, lying in bed just now, I realized, even with my son putting me through some hard times, and the divorce still fresh -- I feel pretty good. I am not depressed. I am sad, troubled, trying to work things out -- but I CAN work things out, and AM NOT DEPRESSED ANY LONGER! Wow!! Thanks!!
