I was in excruciating back pain, couldn’t sleep, walk, sit, go to the bathroom and I had chronic back pain! The pain came and went for years.
I helped my girlfriend move out of her apartment. I assisted carrying and moving boxes. I was expecting lots of pain but I feel great. Pain Free Hurray!
